John Kevil founded our firm in 2001.  John started with Arthur D. Little Valuation and later served as Director of Regional and National Cost Segregation practices at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen.  John, a licensed architect, has been consulting on Investment Tax Credits, Cost Segregation and FARA since 1981.

Orion and JK have been with the firm since 2001.  JK has a background in Appraisal.  Orion’s education is in Accounting and Historic Preservation.
